Vegetarian Stroganoff
Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon oil
- 8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
- ½ large onion, chopped
- 1 Tablespoon garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour (or cornstarch)
- 16 oz. vegetable broth
- 8 oz. package of seitan
- Spices to Taste
- Egg Noodles
Instructions
- Cook the mushrooms and the onions in the oil, then add garlic.
- Cook your noodles.
- Thicken up your mushroom/onion/garlic medley with flour or cornstarch
- Add vegetable broth.
- Finally, add your seitan and spices.
- Mix it all together.
